The Say’s Phoebe was still being seen by a group of birders at 1:30 PM when I left the Park. It continued to favor the same location. If you are planning on going tomorrow there is a 5K race beginning at 9:30 AM. The area that the Phoebe is favoring is used for overflow parking and is likely to busy. --
