Highlights: Osprey, Peregrine Falcon, Solitary Sandpiper, Bay-breasted and 
Other Warblers, Indigo Bunting.
 
Canada Goose - 8-10 adults, 6 goslings Harlem Meer
Gadwall - 1 male at the Pool (male & female continue on the Reservoir)
Mallard - 3
Mourning Dove - several
Chimney Swift - 8-10 over Great Hill
Solitary Sandpiper - 1 west end of the Pool
Ring-billed Gull - 2 Harlem Meer
Double-crested Cormorant - 2 on Harlem Meer, several flyovers (18 on Reservoir 
later)
Great Egret - 1 or 2 at Harlem Meer, several flyovers
Black-crowned Night-Heron - adult Harlem Meer island
Osprey - 1 male fishing near Meer island attacked by Red-winged Blackbird
Red-tailed Hawk - 2 adults at nest with 3 young 5th Ave & 105th Street
Red-bellied Woodpecker - 2 or 3
Downy Woodpecker - 2 females
Northern Flicker - 1 in dispute over tree cavity with Red-bellied Woodpecker
Peregrine Falcon - 1 flyover adult
Eastern Kingbird - 1 at the Pool
Eastern Wood-Pewee - 1 at the Pool
Warbling Vireo - heard and/or seen at several locations
Red-eyed Vireo - 2 South/West Blowdown
Blue Jay - 5
Northern Rough-winged Swallow - 1 at the Pool
Cedar Waxwing - 15-20 (flock at least 10 at the Pool, 5 in the Loch)
House Wren - not seen at possible nest at Wildflower Meadow
Gray Catbird - 8-10
Swainson's Thrush - 3
American Robin - around a dozen
House Finch - 2 males at the Pool
White-throated Sparrow - 1 at the Loch
Baltimore Oriole - pairs near the Green Bench and at the Pool, many others heard
Red-winged Blackbird - at least five pairs around the Harlem Meer
Common Grackle - 5 or 6
Ovenbird - 1 at the Loch (Mary Kate Horbac), several others heard
Northern Waterthrush - heard in two places along the Loch
Black-and-white Warbler - 4
Common Yellowthroat - 3
American Redstart - 6 or 7
Northern Parula - 4
Magnolia Warbler - 4
Bay-breasted Warbler - 3 (1 east end of the Pool (Paul Curtis), 2 Grassy Knoll)
Yellow Warbler - 2 Harlem Meer
Blackpoll Warbler - 7-10
Canada Warbler - 1 male north side of the Pool
Northern Cardinal - 4
Indigo Bunting - 1 male south side of the Pool
