Salutations Everyone:
My apologies for inundating your mail boxes but this is of the utmost
importance as it relates to one of own, Shane Blodgett.
The Brooklyn Paper is putting together a story about him and his wife Rachel
and the medical crisis they are dealing with and would love to include
something from the birding community.
I don’t know exactly what her line of questions might be, as I have not
contacted her but I am guessing she is looking for anecdotes that each of you
might have with your own experience of Shane.

She needs to hear from folks ASAP; I was told as early as today, Monday to get
the piece published quickly. I think it would be nice for Shane to read some
