In addition to other warbler species I’d mentioned in a report on Saturday’s
(10/29) Central Park (in Manhattan, N.Y. City) birds seen by great numbers of
birders over the course of that entire day, one species is now in an eBird
report, with nice photos included, the Yellow Warbler which was found by that
reporter, C. Khoo. (Again, while late, and a week later than the prior
eBird-confirmed sighting of this species for this [New York] County, it is not
a latest record for this species in the county, this city, etc. - however, an
uncommon & unexpected sight, for late October. Thanks to C. Khoo for a
personal note, and of course for the report in eBird as well as finding the
bird and alerting on the ‘groupme’ app.

More reports on other N.Y. County sightings in due time.

Good birding,
