Sept 3 - at Batavia Waste Water Treatment Plant there were: 97 Mallards 28 Wood Duck 4 Blue-winged Teal 4 Green-winged Teal 14 Northern Shovelers 11 Great Egrets (no leg bands) 2 EARED GREBES 20 Ruddy Ducks 9 Gadwall 2 Least Sandpipers 5 Lesser Yellowlegs 1 Solitary Sandpiper 5 Semipalmated Plovers 1 female Bufflehead 1 Lesser Scaup Am. Wigeon Elba Mucklands 33 Least Sandpipers 5 Semipalmated Sandpipers 1 Pectoral Sandpiper 3 Lesser Yellowlegs This evening at the Buckhorn Island electical towers 863 Double-crested Cormorants were counted.
