Thursday afternoon, about 1500hrs: Saw 2 monk parakeets at Town of Hempstead Marina in Freeport (Guy Lombardo Marina???) at the end of Guy Lombardo Avenue. They were feeding on dandelion seed heads on the lawn near the main buildings. I have some poor photos if anyone is interested.
