Hi All, For those interested, the Mississippi Kite is still around in Root NY at the intersection of Mapletown and Denato Rd. I had it Monday evening around 7.30 pm. Be weary and considerate though, because a local told me somebody went into the woods with a camera a few weeks ago and she hadn't seen the birds for a few weeks, but David Burg and I found one of the birds preening in a dead tree heading uphill on mapletown road from denato.
