Went to see the adult Fork-tailed Flycatcher in Stamford, CT at Cove
Island Park. Got there around 7:15 and stayed til about 8 :15. It was there
giving great views, some as close as 20ft or so. It was very active feeding
on various berries and just moving around. Quite a nice bird to get in the
US.
There were also several American Tree Sparrows, a Cooper's Hawk, and a few
Purple Finches. Unfortunately the usual photographers were there and a few
were
doing the usual stuff they should'nt have. I guess it will never end.
