Seen at Jamaica Bay Wildlife Refuge--West Pond in Queens County. - 5-Mar-2011: LAUGHING GULL added to the 2011 list. Seen at the Central Park Reservoir in New York County. I've requested eBird.org staff to review this sighting. A similar request showed his Dutchess County Snowy Owl submission was an error. Please note that his Central Park Common Eider submission turns out to be a goose, also under review. *Kingbird Region 9 (Hudson-Delaware):* - 3-Mar-2011: GREATER WHITE-FRONTED GOOSE added to the 2011 list. Seen at the Pine Island Turf Nursery in Orange County. - 5-Mar-2011: ROSS'S GOOSE added to the 2011 list. Seen at the Pine Island Turf Nursery in Orange County. - 5-Mar-2011: BARNACLE GOOSE added to the 2011 list. Seen at the DeBucks Sod Farm in Orange County. - Before 9-Mar-2011: SNOWY OWL removed from the 2011 list. Reported in Dutchess County. - 5-Mar-2011: TUNDRA SWAN added to the 2011 list. Seen at the Pine Island Turf Nursery in Orange County. - 5-Mar-2011: RED-NECKED GREBE added to the 2011 list. Seen at Esopus Point in Ulster County. - 16-Jan-2011: SNOWY OWL added to the 2011 list.
