Hello All, Those were some wicked NW winds out on the barrier island
today. Dick Belanger found the 2 American Oystercatchers that had been seen
yesterday,[Rich Kaskan got 7 more down at Ponquogue Bridge].Other notables
were 2 Savannah Sparrow, 2 Horned Lark, 2 American Pipit,3 Great Cormorant,
2 Northern Gannet and 60 Common Eider. We could'nt find the Ospreys but got
a pair on our way home at Eastport Pond. Good March Birding, Carl
Starace
