Seen today at 11am, a first summer male and a female blue grosbeak. The birds
were located along the main entrance road, from Grumman Blvd., at an easterly
side road from which Buildings 705 (on the east) and 81 (on the west) are
clearly visible. Both birds were seen flying between and perching on various
trees at this intersection. Both were relocated two hours later, among the
autumn olive shrubs by Bld. 81, and were in that general area when we left.
