- 28-Aug-2011: *AMERICAN GOLDEN-PLOVER*. Seen at 2 locations - (1) Deep
Hollow Ranch & (2) Eastport in Suffolk County.
- 28-Aug-2011: *AMERICAN AVOCET*. Seen at the Jones Beach Coast Guard
Station in Nassau County.
- 28-Aug-2011: *SOOTY TERN*. Seen from 3 counties - (1) at Riverside
Park--North of 96th St & at Sutton Place Area (New York Co.), (2) Point
Lookout Town Park (Nassau Co.), (3) Sally Rupert Waterbird Preserve (Suffolk
