Indeed, the NYC Audubon Bryant Park tour got lucky this morning between 8-9 AM,
getting great views of the Prothonotary. He was singing loudly, first very
high, then lower in the plane trees along the southern side of the park. There
was also a singing male Yellow Warbler & B&W Warbler, several Palm Warblers,
plus an Ovenbird, Swamp Sparrow, a couple of Towhees, and a singing House Wren.

Later this morning near NYU, I had a singing Common Yellowthroat & a mini-flock
of three Blue-headed Vireos, one of which was singing.

Now I have a tour in Central Park in about 90 minutes, hopefully the wonderful
sightings will continue!

Cheers,

Gabriel Willow
