A KENTUCKY WARBLER was spotted at Prospect Park's Lookout Hill at around 7am
today by Ed Crowne and Philip Pane. It was relocated by myself and several
others at 10:15am. The bird was singing frequently as it moved about the
understory on the slope opposite the Quaker Cemetery and above Center Drive.
The best place to look (listen) for it is along a dirt path that runs parallel
to Center Drive midway up the slope between the Butterfly Meadow and the
roadway.
