Three of us (Rick Cech, Emily Peyton, Elise Boeger) saw one of the MS Kites swooping and soaring over the Sterling Forest visitor center area (upper parking lot) at 1:15 Sunday afternoon; never landed.
We heard reports of early morning sighting(s), but nothing we know of between that and ours in the early afternoon.
