I just found another Ruff while working my way north from the south end of the
East Pond. This Ruff is competely different looking than "Rufous Ruff" and it
looks smaller.

When I first saw it, I was wondering if Rufous Ruff had undergone a drastic
molt wihin a few days, but the more I studied it I realized it was a different
bird. Subsequently, I found "Rufous Ruff" clinching the I'd of yet another
Ruff. Or, I should say... a Reeve perhaps?

This would make the 3 Ruff for Jamaica Bay so far.
Good and responsible birding!
