Looking at Corey's photo: The background color of the wing is gray, not black.... good for bellii. The bill shows a glint of white, not solid black.... also possibly good for bellii.
Someone should take more photos and compare with museum specimens and other known Bell's Vireo photos. Tough bird to call.
