The previously reported MISSISSIPPI KITE continues as of 8:20AM at the Cemetery of the Resurrection near the town of Pleasant Plains on the south shore or Staten Island (Richmond Co.).
If you are coming via Brooklyn, take the S.I. Expressway to the West Shore Expressway South (440) and get off at the Bloomingdale Rd. Take Bloomingdale Rd to Amboy Rd and make left, then make a fairly quick right on to Sharrot Ave. The cemetery will be on your right hand side. The bird was seen at the back of the cemetery perched and flying around presumably hawking Periodical Cicadas.
