Another update from Peter. It turns out that there was a WILLET with the three GODWITS at the mouth of the Cattaraugus Creek. However, they all got up high and flew northeast toward Buffalo.

They flew northeast from Dunkirk Harbor perhaps an hour ago. He has relocated them just northeast of the mouth of Cattaraugus Creek. This is just inside of Erie County. He is looking from the pier on the southwest side of the creek mouth. They are several hundred yards distant. Good birding!
