Hi Everyone, Got blustery before the drizzle, but was at the Jones Beach Coast Guard Station around 3:30pm today saw my FOS Long Tailed Duck, but couldn't get a good pic cause he was only up for a few seconds at a time before diving. Were about 50 Oystercatchers, around 6 Black Bellied Plover, some gulls, some Brant, and a few comorants on the sandbar. Went by Zachs Bay - lots more Brant and saw my FOS Red Breasted Mergansers (4 females). Didn't get great pics of them either.
