Just to add some directions to Seth's update, the Seacliff BLACK GUILLEMOT is being viewed currently (10:20 AM) from The Boulevard just near the turn onto Cliff Way. We are looking N and the bird is moving around the area of verticle white boat mooring floats. About 300 yrds off the beach.
