I went to Sea Cliff, Hempstead Harbor, Long Island this morning at about 10 AM and then returned after lunch around 1 PM but did not see the previously reported BLACK GUILLEMOT. In the morning there were two NORTHERN GANNETS at the mouth of the harbor (one sitting on the water and the other flying about) an and adult BALD EAGLE flew over and circled a bit before flying off.
