Hi all,
Relaying reports from fellow birders who are out in the Ramble area this
morning.

First the biggie, from Morgan Tingley:
"Chuck-Wills-Widow flew over Maintenance. Now heading toward Polish Statue.
Seen well."

The CWWI was later refound "Resting now by steps down from belvedere toward
Tupelo" (Brian Padden)

Other birds include, continuing Summer Tanager seen high up in the trees
near the Riviera, shore opposite Bethesda Fountain. (Doug Kurz)

An occasionally singing Orange-crowned warbler at Maintenance Field.

No report of the Kentucky warbler, yet.

I am hoping that the Chuck is refound and that more birders (including
those of us who are working) get a chance to see this great bird for the
city.

viva migration,

Anders Peltomaa
