A couple of years ago, we came across one in NH. It was a frequent visitor to a friend's yard. We did some research and there were a couple of theories. One was that it was stained by what ever tree it was living in and another was that it was diet related. Neither scenario explained why none of the other hairys in the area were yellow tinted. S
