Bird flew east toward Ecology village about 15 minutes after first spotting at ~7:15 am- not refound there or back at community garden area in the interim- at ~ 10:30 am I did see again very briefly on the black fence at the south entrance to Floyd (the one with the booth) but by the time others got there it had disappeared again. Rain/snow mix right now so may just be tucked away trying to stay warm.
