This afternoon, during the Putnam CBC, I had a brief encounter with a male Black-throated Blue Warbler in Carmel, NY. It was in the evergreen bushes just north of the fence-line along the north side of Old Route 6, just east of its northern junction with Route 6 (adjacent to the sewage treatment plant, and actually inside the fence around the facility).
