Today, while we were heading west on the LIE, an adult, male (Gray Ghost) was going in the same direction, as it hunted over a farm field on the w/s Wading River Rd., s/o LIE, in Manorville (I don't remember ever seeing this specie near this location before). It was ~ 2:30 PM, and we were en-route to an afternoon movie, which we now can highly recommend..."The Theory of Everything", a film about the life of Stephen Hawking, the British Physicist.
It wasn't until we were on the way home, when it dawned on me that we had seen a bird "hawking" on our way to see _ _ _ _ _ !
