All, I look forward to seeing additional pictures, but from the ones that John Haas has up now (https://bashakillbirder.wordpress.com/), it seems pretty clear that the blue morph bird is a hybrid Snow x Ross's Goose. The substantial curve where the bill meets the face, noticeable grin patch, and fairly flat head all point to this not being a pure Ross's. Most of the blue Ross's-types we see end up being this cross, although it's still quite rare (and still a very cool bird!) I haven't seen any shots of the reported white Ross's, so I can't speak to that.
