Subject: [MidHudsonBirds] Report: Crested Caracara - Ulster County
There was a report to the Riff Raff Hawkwatch Group on Facebook of a Crested
Caracara seen today [and supposedly photographed] off Rt. 299 near Highland,
Ulster County, then seen flying towards New Paltz.
The observer said on the facebook group, that looking at his photos, this bird
appears to be missing an eye...
