Happy New Year! There is currently a single male SURF SCOTER less than 200 yards off Bayville Main beach (Soundside Beach Park at Bayville Ave and 8th St) in Long Island Sound in the village of Bayville north of Oyster Bay, Nassau County. Really nice views and low chop on west winds. Dave Jordet
