Thanks, Nathan. Thinking: Shouldn't there be some sort of penalty (license revocation - where applicable? monetary? ) if, no matter what the cause, for unauthorized releases of wildlife. waterfowl, cage birds, fish, reptiles, insects, etc.
Hasn't that sort of thing been the cause of many of our invasive species problems we suffer through nowadays?
