With thanks to everyone who helped me locate the Upland Sandpiper, I'm happy to report it was clearly visible at 10 am in the open median just east of Oak Beach and just west of a dirt road that crosses the median. Actually fairly visible from either east or west bound Ocean parkway. Don't attempt to leave your car! And use flashers for safety as lots of cars whizzing by! Jane Ross
