Bobbi Manian Brooklyn NY Karalyn Lamp saw and photographed 2 caspian terns at low tide this afternoon in wet area behind croton Harmon train station. Seem to be a (sometimes) annual occurrence for a brief period around this time of year. Maybe they'll stick for a day L.
