I just had a White-faced Ibis on the southend of the East Pond. Unfortunately,
right after I tried to get a few birders back to the pond, it flew over the
phragmites towards the railway tracks with a handful of Glossy Ibis'
Glossy Ibis are moving back and forth between the railway and the pond so it
very likely could make its way back in but it could take a while or never
return.
If you are going to try, bring rain gear.
