An hour long walk east of Tiana beach yesterday produced 4 Lesser Black-backed Gulls, a single Black Tern mingling with the 100's of Least Terns, and a Peregrine Falcon that has been a regular on the power lines between Tiana and Ponquogue beaches all week long. Additionally, I discovered 5 dead Shearwaters.
