Never sure how vague to be with owls; this afternoon at 2:30, I found a Snowy Owl at Heckscher SP (Suffolk), sitting on top of one of those wooden poles with all the sticks on top of it..... It left the location at 2:45. Also, 2 Northern Harriers and 30 Snow Buntings were in the park.
