Hi all, Just wanted to share that there was another species oh phoebe around quite close to Port Jervis but in New Jersey, not far from the NY Say’s Phoebe, which was not reported today but rain made observation difficult. The Black Phoebe was seen briefly this morning, at least. Might be a stop for people birding the Orange county area tomorrow.
