Sharp two toned neck, weak chin strap, gizz obvious. Close to shore (200 ft) but very difficult to track because of extreme long distance dives (popping back up like 1000 ft away 1-2 minutes later). In fact I’ve lost it again, last seen swimming west towards Glen Cove. I’ll try and write more tonight.
