Earlier today Rob Bate reported a possible Eared Grebe in Hendrix Creek between the Penn and Fountain Ave sides of Shirley Chisholm State Park. The bird is still there as of 10 minutes ago and looks pretty good for that species to my inexpert eye. Presumably the same bird originally found by Sophie Barno on January 5, but not seen since.
