Today a car with cameras mounted on the top drove past me in Christchurch. Initially I thought it was a contractor taking footage for Google Maps, the vehicle was branded as EveryScape.
After a quick Google I see that EveryScape is separate from Google and creating their own world, online. I wonder if they will share their footage with Google - seems a bit silly to duplicate?
