Hey all, Just thought I'd add to this thread - Rowan worked for me at iris before I left for the UK, and I'd recommend him without reservation.
He's a very talented developer with a huge skill set and he has a great eye for design - he's great to work with too, grab him before someone else does. I expect to see great things from him in the next few years! A++ employee, would hire again.
