TinyMCE & fck editor are the 2 best open source wysiwyg editors I reckon. 
TinyMCE is the most robust in my opinion. Both come with API so you can 
insert your own styles & customize the functionality. With Tiny, you simply 
point it to a stylesheet & viola!
