Hi All, I have noticed over the last couple of days Paypal IPNs have been working a bit slowly. Yesterday it took about 15 mins for one to arrive and tonight I had to wait 30 mins for a test order I placed to come through. These are 2 different sites on 2 different servers, so I don't think it's something at my end. This may have been happening on other orders, I have only looked at 2 so far.
I haven't noticed this before - normally the IPN happens pretty quick, less than a minute in most cases. 30 mins actually makes a bit of a liar out of me when I say on the website the website 'You will be sent an email immediately after placing your order...'. Anyone else noticed this, or have any information that is relevant. I'm hoping this is just a temporary thing, but if you run an online shop it might be worth keeping an eye on Paypal for a bit. Or is this Paypal's version of an April Fools joke - "Ha ha ha, you thought your shopping cart was borked because the IPN never arrived! April fools!"
