+1 for smtp.com

They supposedly have dealt with keeping their service out of
blacklisting with the major ISPs given their size and prominence.  I
certainly didn't have any blacklisting issues after I moved to them,
whereas I did before (e.g. if a yahoo/xtra user marks your email as
junk, then your most/all of your email in future to all xtra users
gets junked etc.)
