Has anyone on list used services like www.lawlive.co.nz or www.netlawman.co.nz to purchase boilerplate legal texts (refund policy, delivery policy, privacy policy, copyright etc) for sites?
Lawlive in particular seems cheap, but it's hard to tell if the results are any good when just windowshopping. Anyone have recommendations? -- Egressive took a bold step in contributing their T&C [1] to the community - if other list members like the idea of doing something similar for other website legal docs, then I'm happy to kick off a tipjar for that. For example, we could get an NZ lawyer to review the (CC-licensed) docs at http://www.freenetlaw.com/ as a starting point, then build from there until we had a full set of: * Website Contents Copyright (for non-CC sites, obviously) * Privacy Policy * Delivery Policy * Download Policy * Refund Policy * ... what else?
