+1 for symfony here too. Very interesting stuff happening in Symfony
land, with Symfony 2.0 coming out beta and Doctrine ORM.
I have heard that development has been very slow for the past few years
in Codeigniter, the developers of Codeigniter 'EllisLab' have been
focusing on their other product 'ExpressionEngine' which is semi-commercial.
