This is probably the best you can do. If it's a .nz domain, the master
DNS gets relocaded on the hour (nominal) so I suggest that you change
DNS at 5 minutes before the hour to minimise downtime

The best time to move off your registrar's DNS is beore you start
getting traffic. The 2nd best time is today.
