Hi Berend, Fair comment. However, from a previous message: "Seeing as it's Drupal 5, it's unlikely the core will be updated until we move to 6 anyway."
The next core upgrade will be a move to Drupal 6 or 7, which will require a whole lot of module rework anyway and won't occur for a little while (big site, lots of work involved).
