Does anyone here have an "optimized" .htaccess configuration that
handles compression, browser caching, proxy caching, etc. for a
typical website? I realize that there are many factors to consider
when optimizing .htaccess and that one solution doesn't fit all.
However, I'm just looking what other people use as a starting point.

Aside from my visitors, I'm also trying to make Google PageSpeed
happy.
