Hi there, The system is hosted on a shared web server with WebDrive.
The emails are getting through to myself, on: [email protected] from [email protected] but are not going through to: [email protected] from [email protected] So looks like an issue with DNS, or spam filter on company.co.nz I can have SMTP access to the [email protected] address, however, not sure how to manually do this with HTMLmimemail. Also, only some of the emails come from this [email protected] address, the other emails come from various users at company.co.nz - eg some emails are being sent to [email protected] from [email protected] and are being sent and received ok. Seems to be only the issue with this [email protected] address which is a generic one set up with the company...
